When Albanian extremists attacked Christian believers visiting the remains of the demolished village church and the village cemetery to mark Holy Trinity holiday in the village of Petrič, close to Uroševac May 29, US ambassador to Serbia, Kyle Scott had a chance to condemn violence against Christian believers. He chose to be silent. Instead he wrote the following tweet:
Jučerašnji incident u Petriču dodatno naglašava potrebu za radom na sporazumu o sveobuhvatnoj normalizaciji odnosa Kosova i Srbije koji mora osigurati srpskom stanovništvu slobodu da učestvuje u političkom, društvenom i verskom životu na Kosovu bez straha za sopstvenu bezbednost.

“Yesterday’s incident in Petrič further emphasizes the need for working on an agreement on a comprehensive normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, which must ensure the Serbian population the freedom to participate in the political, social and religious life of Kosovo without fear for their own security,”
Ambassador Scott could of course have chosen to condemn the violence, but instead he chose to pressure Serbia to accept more condition in Kosovo, ultimately recognize the state of Kosovo.
In the well-documented article US Ambassador to Serbia: If You Want Peace, Give Kosovo Islamists Their Own State, Aleksandar Pavić paraphrases Scott’s words, but he has a good point. Pavić writes that Kosovo has become the largest per capita supplier of ISIS fighters in Europe, and the Unites States and their intelligence structures play a dirty game, often on the side of the Islamists, as I have written a lot about, for instance in my article KFOR and Americans destroying criminal evidence.
The Serbian government keep the territorial integrity of all of Serbia, including Kosovo and Metohija, and the answer to violence in Kosovo must never be to give in to the perpetrators of violence. I am sorry that the US ambassador uses violence against Serbs to pressure Serbia to accept more rule from the Priština regime.
I will do everything I can do reduce the influence of Kyle Scott and the United States as much as possible. Tomorrow, on Vidovdan, come to the parliament at 18:00 to fight for the integrity of Kosovo and Metohija. A lot of good people will come, including Jovana Stojković. I will also give a short speech.
